Delia Gervin Frazier is the Founder and Principal Attorney of The Gervin Frazier Law Firm, LLC. A former "Big Law" attorney turned solopreneur, she has over a decade of substantive experience representing a range of Fortune 500 companies to small, closely-held companies on trademark and copyright matters.
Mrs. Frazier assists clients in all fifty states, as well as globally, with their trademark and copyright prosecution, licensing, and portfolio management needs. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida A&M University ("FAMU") and her Juris Doctor from The University of Georgia School of Law.
